What to email about

Who reads it

Messages go straight to Nilay Kabariya, who founded and builds PaisaTools from India. There is no ticket queue or outsourced support desk; the person who reads your email is the person who fixes the calculator. More about the site on the About page.

Reporting a correction

The fastest corrections include the page link, the numbers you entered, the result you got, and the rule or source you believe applies (a circular, notification or official page). Confirmed errors are fixed in the shared rule file, so the fix reaches every tool that uses that number. How rules are checked and dated is explained in our Editorial standards.
